Health care close to home
The Community Health Connection is a campaign developed by panhandle hospitals to encourage residents to seek health care locally. The Community Health Connection promotes the concept that using local health care services will help to ensure the future availability of those services in rural communities.
Community Health Connection member hospitals include Box Butte General Hospital, Alliance; Chadron Community Hospital, Chadron; Garden County Hospital, Oshkosh; Gordon Memorial Hospital, Gordon; Kimball Health Services, Kimball; Memorial Health Center, Sidney, Morrill County Community Hospital, Bridgeport and Regional West Medical Center, Scottsbluff.
By working together and sharing resources, this partnership of independent hospitals, guarantees that patients get the care they need as close to home as possible from people who truly care about their health.
