Regional West Air Link, Med-Trans Corporation, and Guardian Flight strongly believe that participation and leadership in the communities we serve is a priority for our program. To honor this commitment, and many others, we have instituted a community outreach education program.

To help protect our resources and ability to continue providing these programs, we have developed outreach objectives. Please review the following objectives before requesting an Air Link PR/Community outreach flight.

  1. The PR event will increase the safety of first responders or medical personnel through education regarding safety of the aircraft or landing of the aircraft.
  2. The PR event will increase the knowledge of first responders or medical personnel, allowing them to more effectively and safely perform their job functions.
  3. The PR event will serve as a follow-up to address or improve function(s) after an incident, increasing crew or staff confidence in requesting Air Link services.
  4. The PR event will be effective in relationship-building with critical access hospitals and first responders, increasing familiarity and comfort in requesting Air Link services.

Air Link accepts requests for flights or education events from pre-hospital (first responder agencies) and in-hospital providers only.
