When our patients need surgery or other medical care that requires anesthesia, our Anesthesiology staff makes the experience as safe and comfortable as possible.

Our Anesthesiologists develop an individualized anesthetic plan for each patient and employ a full range of techniques to ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after every procedure.

Regional West's four board certified Anesthesiologists, along with the hospital's 10 Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs), provide services for over 6,500 cases annually, including:

• Surgery
• Acute pain management
• Diagnostic procedures
• Obstetrics
• Trauma and critical care

Regional West Physicians Clinic (RWPC)-Anesthesiology works closely with the hospital's surgical specialists to care for a wide range of patients at Regional West Medical Center and the Scottsbluff Surgery Center. Surgical cases include: Neurosurgery with both intracranial and spine procedures; General Surgery services including non-cardiac thoracic, both open and endovascular procedures, as well as trauma; a Bariatric Surgery department that is a designated Center of Excellence; ENT; Orthopaedic; Urology; Obstetrics and Gynecology; Plastic Surgery; Podiatry; and Oral-Maxillofacial.

Our Providers
	Jonathan Morgan l MD is board certified in Anesthesiology and serves as the Medical Director of Perioperative Services and Director of Anesthesia at Regional West Medical Center. Dr. Morgan earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, where he completed the Anesthesiology residency program.
	Amy Clark l MD is board certified in Anesthesiology. Dr. Clark earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, where she also completed the Anesthesiology residency program.
	Paul Post l MD is board certified in Anesthesiology. Dr. Post earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha. He completed a Surgical internship and the Anesthesiology residency program at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Denver, Colo.
	Thomas Tolomeo l MD is board certified in Anesthesiology. Dr. Tolomeo earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, where he also completed the Anesthesiology residency program.
