Regional West Physicians Clinic (RWPC)-Hospitalist provides comprehensive, 24-hour coverage for patients while they are in-house; patient care is directed back to the primary care physician's office at discharge. RWPC Hospitalists recognize health concerns, modify treatment plans when necessary, and guide patients through an appropriate treatment path during their hospital stay.

Lisa Scheppers l MD is board certified in Internal Medicine. She serves as Director of Regional West’s Hospitalist program. Dr. Scheppers earned a Doctorate of Medicine degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and completed the Internal Medicine residency program at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.

Erika Gelgand l MD is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Gelgand earned a medical degree from the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center in Albuquerque and completed Internal Medicine residency training at the University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque.

Manoj Kumar l MD is board certified in Internal Medicine. He earned a Doctorate of Medicine degree from Kasturba Medical College in India and completed the Internal Medicine residency program at the University of South Alabama in Birmingham, Ala.

Harry Lazarte l MD is board eligible in Internal Medicine. Dr. Lazarte earned a medical degree from Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Neb., where he also completed the Internal Medicine residency program.

Susan Schuckert l MD is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Schuckert earned a medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha and completed Internal Medicine residency training at Creighton University in Omaha.

Mithun Sreekantan l MD is board certified in Internal Medicine. He earned a Doctorate of Medicine degree from JSS Medical College in Mysore, Karnataka, India and completed the Internal Medicine residency program from Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in Bronx, N.Y.

Diana Turner l MD is board eligible in Internal Medicine. She earned a Doctorate of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wis. She completed a Spinal Cord Injury Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wis., a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin & Affiliated Hospitals in Milwaukee, Wis., and an Internal Medicine residency at Aurora Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wis.
