Regional West Physicians Clinic-Neuroscience Pain Clinic is the only dedicated pain clinic in western Nebraska. We offer treatment for patients with pain related to trauma, cancer, and other illnesses; post-operative pain; headaches; chronic pain of the joints, neck, back; and many other common and uncommon pain problems.

Scope of Practice Our interdisciplinary team includes two board certified physicians and two board certified nurse practitioners. Together they offer a spectrum of care for people with chronic pain and debilitating pain issues.

• Comprehensive pain services, including physical and psychological assessments.
• Commitment to work with referring and primary care physicians.
• Physician referral is required.

Under the medical direction of a board certified physician specializing in Psychiatry and Pain Management, our multidisciplinary team includes physicians, pharmacists, physical and occupational therapists, nutritionists, and other health care professionals.

Our Providers
	R Sanford Kiser Jr l MD is board certified in Pain Medicine and Psychiatry. He earned a medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He completed residency training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. He also completed a Neurophysiology Research fellowship from the National Institute of Mental Health at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.
	Jaimie Clodfelter l DO is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Clodfelter earned a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience in Kansas City, Mo. She completed residency training in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and in Pain Management at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans, La.
	Mayda Zimmerman l APRN-NP is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center Western Division in Scottsbluff.
	Ron Strachan l APRN is a registered nurse and certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.
