Regional West Physicians Clinic (RWPC) Internal Medicine-Oncology works closely with Regional Radiation Oncology Care and Regional West’s Cancer Treatment Center to provide the region’s most comprehensive, customized cancer care program. Experienced medical oncologists, a radiation oncologist, surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and family practice physicians, as well as a medical physicist, oncology nurses and other support staff, work together to provide a full continuum of care.

Scope of Practice
General Medical Oncology and Hematology. Both inpatient and outpatient in addition to several outreach clinics.

Our Providers

Vincent Bjorling l MD is board certified in Internal Medicine. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Regional West Physicians Clinic. Dr. Bjorling earned a Doctorate of Medicine degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where he completed internship and residency programs.

David Johnson l MD, FACP is board certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Hematology. He attended medical school at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver, CO, and completed his residency and fellowship at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, Lackland, AFB, in TX. He also completed a visiting fellowship at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, WA.

Regine Leconte l MD is board certified in Oncology and Hematology. Dr. Leconte earned a Doctorate of Medicine degree from the Université d’Etat d’Haiti in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and completed a residency program at San Juan City Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she served as Chief Resident, Internal Medicine.
