Regional West Physicians Clinic (RWPC) Internal Medicine-Oncology works closely with Regional Radiation Oncology Care and Regional West’s Cancer Treatment Center to provide the region’s most comprehensive, customized cancer care program. Experienced medical oncologists, a radiation oncologist, surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and family practice physicians, as well as a medical physicist, oncology nurses and other support staff, work together to provide a full continuum of care.
Scope of Practice General Medical Oncology and Hematology. Both inpatient and outpatient in addition to several outreach clinics.

Vincent Bjorling l MD is board certified in Internal Medicine. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Regional West Physicians Clinic. Dr. Bjorling earned a Doctorate of Medicine degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where he completed internship and residency programs.

Regine Leconte l MD is board certified in Oncology and Hematology. Dr. Leconte earned a Doctorate of Medicine degree from the Université d’Etat d’Haiti in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and completed a residency program at San Juan City Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she served as Chief Resident, Internal Medicine.

Clinton Merrill l MD is board certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Hematology. Dr. Merrill earned a Doctorate of Medicine degree from Creighton University and completed residency training at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colo. He completed a Hematology and Medical Oncology fellowship at Michigan State University in East Lansing.

Mark Hartman l MD is board certified in Radiation Oncology. Dr. Hartman earned a Doctorate of Medicine degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and completed residency training at the University of Louisville James Graham Brown Cancer Center in Louisville, Ky.

Vance Siedenburg l PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant. He graduated from the Physician Assistant program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.
