Botox® is a non-surgical treatment that uses injections to smooth frown lines, forehead wrinkles, crow's feet, smoker's lines, and sagging eyebrows. One 15-minute procedure provides noticeable results with no surgery and no recovery time. Visible results have been shown to last three to four months, although individual results may vary.
Juvaderm™ is a non-surgical wrinkle treatment. When injected under the skin, it restores the skin's volume and hydration by smoothing away wrinkles and smile lines. Each Juvaderm™ treatment takes approximately 15 minutes and there is no recovery time. Results are immediate and can be maintained for up to one year. View the patient brochure and interactive slide show for more information.
Because Juvederm™ is related to a natural protein, it poses little risk of an allergic reaction and does not require an allergy test.
To help minimize the risks of temporary redness, swelling, and/or itching at the treatment sites, avoid strenuous exercise, excessive sun/heat exposure, and consumption of alcoholic beverages for 24 hours after treatment.
Some temporary injection-related reactions may occur post-treatment, including redness, pain, firmness, swelling, and bumps. Studies have shown that these are usually mild to moderate in nature and clear up on their own within a week.
Latisse® is the first and only eyelash growth treatment that has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It is only available by prescription. Latisse is a once-nightly treatment applied topically to the base of the upper eyelashes. Change may be noticeable in as little as six weeks, with fuller, darker, thicker lashes after 16 weeks.
