Outpatient Scheduling - One call does it all
It's easy to schedule outpatient services at Regional West Medical Center. Simply call us at your convenience.
Once you've determined the best day and/or time for your procedure call (308) 630-2700, Option 1 or (866) 238-1739 toll-free to schedule your appointment. Please call between 7:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Friday.
During the call, the scheduling specialist will schedule your procedure, verify insurance information, pre-register you as a hospital patient, explain the procedure and how to prepare for it, provide a cost estimate and, if necessary, financial assistance information, and send you a complete scheduling packet including a hospital map.
If you prefer that we contact you, your health care provider will ask when is the best time of day for our staff to call to schedule your outpatient test(s) or procedure(s). Be prepared to receive a phone call at the specified time, and please have your calendar and insurance information ready. We'll need 15 to 20 minutes to schedule your appointment.
In some instances, health care providers will schedule outpatient procedures for their patients.
