Solutions EAP is a program designed to resolve problems, personal or professional, that may cause difficulties in the workplace. In this respect, Solutions EAP serves two groups of clientele - the employer and the employee.

| Suzanne Poynter, CEAP |
For the employee, Solutions EAP provides assistance with problems that may require a level of professional expertise and insight. Suzanne Poynter, a Solutions EAP certified employee assistance counselor, provides the strictest confidentiality possible, as set forth in state and federal statutes. Neither the accessing employee's employer nor the employee's co-workers have knowledge of discussions with an EAP counselor. Because the visits are paid for by the employer, services such as assessments, short-term counseling or telephone crisis management are available free-of-charge to all employees.
For employers, Solutions EAP serves as an important benefit package component - an excellent recruiting tool. Problems in the workplace, whether brought from home or occurring among co-workers, can have negative impacts on the work environment and ultimately productivity. Increased absenteeism, tardiness, turnover, friction between employees and an increased rate of accidents in the workplace have all been known to surface when resolutions to problems are not explored.
Solutions EAP is there when life's questions have no easy answers.
